PLATZ was founded by co-partners Jason Howell and George Saad. Jason and George worked together in various industries prior to teaming up to form PLATZ, including in a start-up venture in the healthcare sector. Combining their complementary skillset at PLATZ, they joined forces to bring an unparalleled, exceptional experience to their clients. Our founders

JASON HOWELL – Managing Partner

Jason’s extensive professional background in Finance, Business Development, Information Technology, and Project Management brings a unique and indispensable skillset to PLATZ Capital Partners and its clients. Prior to co-founding PLATZ, Jason worked for one of the largest privately-owned corporations in the world, as well as for other privately-owned multinationals and private-capital start-ups. Jason is a graduate of Northeastern University (Boston, MA) where he earned his double master’s degrees – an MBA and an MS in Finance – as well as Wichita State University (Wichita, KS) where he earned his undergraduate business degree in Management Information Systems (M.I.S.). He is also a licensed real estate professional in the State of Arizona. When not serving his clients, Jason enjoys a variety of hobbies, including sports, the outdoors, and travel.

GEORGE SAAD – Managing Partner

George is a veteran of the private sector, with more than two decades of experience in a global family business. Prior to co-founding PLATZ Capital Partners, George was the Head of US Operations for a global private for-profit education management firm where he was responsible for business operations, business development, and the leadership & management of a multi-million-dollar P&L. George is a graduate of Northeastern University (Boston, MA) where he earned his MBA in Entrepreneurship & Finance, as well as of McGill University (Montreal, Canada) where he earned an undergraduate (BA) as well as a graduate (MA) degree in Economics. He is also passionate about Intellectual Property & Corporate Law and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor from the College of Law at Syracuse University (Syracuse, NY). When not focusing on his clients’ solutions, George enjoys the company of friends and family, staying active, and traveling.
